Every pontoon needs a responsible operator who stays sober the whole trip. Operating a boat under the influence is illegal in Pennsylvania and against our rental policies.
Anyone born on or after January 1, 1982 needs a Pennsylvania Boating Safety Education Certificate to drive a boat over 25 horsepower, and every boat in our fleet is over that line. Only people who signed the rental agreement may drive, and the person paying signs along with every passenger.
Nobody in your group wants to be the driver? A captain is available on request. Ask about a captain when you book.
Good food and a good playlist make the party. Most of our boats have a removable table or a table with cup holders, and four of the five have a Bluetooth capable stereo with four speakers.

Pennsylvania law requires a wearable life jacket for every person, and children 12 and younger must wear one while underway on boats 20 feet or shorter. Keep everyone inside the passenger area while moving, so no riding on the front deck or rails.
Plan your return before you leave. You get a 5 minute grace period, then late returns are charged by the minute because the next group is waiting. Renters pay for damage, propellers included, so ask about the Accidental Damage Waiver add on when you book.
